Conditioning Specialists Boot Camp is an exciting new outdoor fitness program that takes a holistic approach to fitness while enjoying the outdoors. This program provides a dynamic total body workout designed to improve strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance. By using tools such as resistance bands, body weight, gravity, stairs and natural props we design a wide variety of workouts while focusing on fitness techniques and combining mental health and well- being. Whether you are a looking to create diversity in your workout routine or are an individual who wants to increase performance, this program is sure to inspire you and bring your fitness to the next level.

By utilizing the outdoors as a gym our Boot camp is focused on environmental integration and is designed to promote the mind-body connection created during the outdoor workout experience. This group exercise class takes full advantage of all the beauty that Santa Barbara County has to offer. By holding classes in a variety of locations our boot camp show cases the beauty of the area. Beaches, parks, mountains and trails combined with educated and experienced instructors will motivate and inspire you to reach your fullest potential.
What exactly is a Boot Camp?
Sessions 75 minutes and meet twice each week. The classes provide a dynamic total body workout designed to improve strength, agility, flexibility, and endurance. Boot camp sessions focus on conditioning and strengthening the core while providing a total body workout. By using tools such as resistance bands, body weight and gravity, stairs, and natural props, we design a wide variety of workouts that are guaranteed to challenge your body and mind while inspiring your spirit in fun and adventure.
How much does the Boot Camp cost?
The Conditioning Specialists BootCamp is designed to be fun, effective, and a great
way to save money while achieving your fitness goals. Our 6-week Boot Camp session
is currently only $240.00.
We will even prorate your fee for the classes you will be attending when joining late or if you let us know ahead of the session you may be out of town due to business or vacation. We do not offer refunds; however, you may also make up a class in any of the other classes we offer within a three month period.
Where do the classes meet?
We hand pick several locations around the designated area and let you know prior to the start of a session. Because we like to offer fun and creative workouts our schedule does vary.
Do I have to be in shape to join?
No, our classes are designed to get you in shape. You are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. The instructors give you a range of reps, intensity and rest so you can go at your own pace.
What kind of results can I expect?
Our findings show that flexibility, agility, and body composition are improved. Decreased stress levels, increased energy levels, improved sleep, reduced joint
stiffness as well as these classes are found to be very empowering, bringing out the athlete in everyone. New participants can expect about a 15-20% improvement in strength and endurance after the first session if they have given it their best effort.
What should I wear and bring to class?
You should wear workout gear and all-terrain running shoes. Please eat & hydrate a minimum of 45 minutes before coming to class. We recommend bringing water and a towel to have before and after the class but it is not suggested to bring these items during class as we are constantly on the move
