Santa Barbara Small Group Training

Here at Conditioning Specialists we offer semi-private and small group training classes, which are a great way to meet new friends and get great workouts in at a reduced rate. Semi-Private Training (1-4 Participants): $30 per session w/ package
Small Group Training (5-15 Participants): $4-$15 per session w/ package

Santa Barbara Hikes

Conditioning Specialists sponsors different fitness events every month including our popular hiking series - which is a great way to take advantage of the spectacular trails Santa Barbara has to offer. These events are open to everyone - even if you're just visiting from out of town and looking to break a sweat with the locals.

Saturday Events: (9:00am Start Time. Meet at Conditioning Specialist)
May 1st: Rattlesnake Canyon Hike
May 15th: FREE Buena Vista Trail Hike
May 29th: FREE McMenemy Hike (POSTPONED)

Special Sunday Event (this month only)
May 16th, 1:00-5:00pm: Women's Self Defense Workshop


Seven Falls Trail: A local favorite, this hike provides a nice uphill climb that leads to seven natural pools, each with a small water fall into the next pool. The trail crosses over one of the pools and heads up to a spectacular vista with views of the entire Santa Barbara region. This is a dog-friendly trail.

Rattlesnake Canyon Trail: One of Santa Barbara's best trails, this hike follows a mountain stream.

San Ysidro Trail: A solid workout. This trails features a waterfall and wildflowers.
