As Santa Barbara’s premier fitness and wellness studio, we offer several types of training. Two of our popular choices are Semi-Private Personal Training and Small Group Training. Semi-Private Training Semi-Private Training allows 3-5 people the opportunity to share in the investment of a fitness professional that completes a full assessment and analysis on each person, designs the programs for each session, ensures exercises are performed in a safe, effective manner specifically tailored toward the group’s goals. Small Group Training Small Group Training consists of one or more fitness professionals leading a group of 6 – 15 people at one time. These groups are tailored to specific goals and levels of ability. Each class is tailored around the group’s overall goals and any limitations individuals may have as a result of an injury. Modifications are given to allow for a wider range or participants and apprentices are often on hand to assist the fitness professionals; thus allowing more specific direction and coaching.
