How much does it cost?

Get great results and exclusive training tips during "Battle of the Bulge" workouts. Prices break down as follows:

  • 1 class for $20
  • 8 classes for $128

Where is it?

Conditioning Specialists conveniently offers the group fitness classes right at its studio located at 1329 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.

When is it?

"Battle of the Bulge" classes take place from 7pm-8pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings. SPACE IS LIMITED SO BE SURE TO GRAB YOUR SPOT AHEAD OF TIME!

FAQs

Q: What if I pay for a pre-pay for a class, but can’t make it at the last minute? Can I come to another class?

A: Sure! This class is meant to make exercising fun, energizing, and most of all, accessible! If you have paid for an individual class, you can come to another class by calling us or emailing us which class you want to come to. You can call the studio at 805-569-0050, or sign up online.

Q: What kind of exercises will I do? What if I’m a beginner?

A: You will do a lot of circuit style training with body weight/low resistance. All skill levels are welcome, as we modify each exercise so you can be challenged at your own level. Because it is a small group size, you will receive individualized attention from the trainers so your workouts can be safe and maximally effective. We want you to have fun!

Q: How can I make payments?

A: You can pay with cash, check, gift certificate or credit card. Call to reserve your spot, and bring it to your first class.

Q: Should I eat dinner before or after the workout? Should I have a snack?

A: You always need a source of energy to pull from during your workouts, so yes, you should eat something before you come. Focus on complex carbs and protein, and if you cannot eat until an hour or less before class starts, we recommend a snack instead of a full meal. If you have any other nutrition questions, ask us one of our trainers.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: We do not. Unfortunately, if you have committed to a certain amount of classes, you have that given month to participate. If an emergency ever comes up, please let us know.

Q: Can I use a Conditioning Specialists Gift Certificate for the Group Fitness classes?

A: Absolutely!

Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: We would love for you to bring a friend to the Battle of the Bulge. However, space is limited to ten, so please call the studio beforehand to see if there is space available that day. You can reach the studio at 805-569-0050.
