So, how does personal training work exactly?

The first step is to set up your free consultation with one of our fitness professionals. We will review your health history, discuss your goals, and perform a few fitness screens. Next, you choose which package option you want: 12, 24, 36, or 48 sessions and we will get you started with the best personal trainer for your needs. Workouts typically last 50 minutes and are designed to train your body with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. We also offer semi-private training where you will benefit from one-on-one support from our personal trainers, as well as unbelievable encouragement from other group members. You will not find a more supportive, and fun, fitness environment...we promise.

I have previous injuries. Will that be an issue?

Should I get into shape before I start Conditioning Specialists?

NO! At Conditioning Specialists we have a safe environment and effectively designed programs for all fitness levels, abilities and ages. We will personally create a program that will allow you to succeed whether you are a beginner, a busy executive, a new mom, an elite athlete, or anything in between.

Can short workouts really be effective?

Your time is valuable, and that is why Conditioning Specialists is perfect. Our most popular option is our 50 minute sessions...allowing you to get in, get out, and get on with your life. Research has shown that higher intensity, shorter duration exercise yields greater benefits than lower intensity, longer duration exercise. In fact, training in high-intensity, anaerobic exercise translates very well into your ability to perform longer, aerobic exercise.

I'm a woman. Will Group Fitness make me bulky?

We understand that as a woman you want the perfect blend of feminine and fit. Conditioning Specialists women can expect a lean and strong, but still feminine, body. Our full-body workouts utilize weights, anaerobic training, plyometrics, body weight exercises, and more to get you the results and confidence you want.
