It is a new month, which means a new challenge! Seeing as how February is the month of love, why not get a jump start on your heart with our February Fitness Challenge! This month we have the 5/100 challenge. Challenge yourself to do the same exercise routine while increase your number of reps each week! This is a great way to see your fitness growth! 

Week 1 is 20 reps, week 2 is 40 reps, weeks 3 is 60 reps, week 4 is 80 reps, and we end with a bang on week 5 with 100 reps! Are you up for the challenge?
