Pair this tip with placing all your clothes next to your alarm and you will have no excuse to get dressed, walk out the door, and get your sweat on!

Quote of the week: "We become what we think about" Early Nightingale
Tip of the week: "If you are more likely to hit your snooze button than your morning workout, try placing your alarm on the other side of the room!

Tip of the Week: Switch it up! Make an effort to use your bike instead of your car a few times a week.
