Spring is finally here! For many of you that means sweaters get put in storage and all of the sleeveless spring wear comes out to play! To encourage and mtoivate you to fluant your strong arms, our challenge this month is dedicated to pull ups. There are options for all levels of fitness, so find where you fit in and challenge yourself this month to beat your personal record. 

Perform as many pull-ups in 2 minutes!

Beast - burpee to pull up

Animal - squat to pull up

Wicked - regular pull up

Cub - band assisted pull up

February has come to an end and so has our February Fit Challenge! We can begin to list off how many studs we have had in our studio this month! So many of you have met the challenges presented, beat some personal records, and kicked serious butt! The last week involved 80 reps of each exercise and the clients listed below made it look effortless! Stay Tuned for the special challenge of March!
