It is a new month, which means a new challenge! Seeing as how February is the month of love, why not get a jump start on your heart with our February Fitness Challenge! This month we have the 5/100 challenge. Challenge yourself to do the same exercise routine while increase your number of reps each week! This is a great way to see your fitness growth! 

Week 1 is 20 reps, week 2 is 40 reps, weeks 3 is 60 reps, week 4 is 80 reps, and we end with a bang on week 5 with 100 reps! Are you up for the challenge?

To kickstart the year, we have the '300 Challenge' for January's Fitness Challenge of the month. Compete against yourself for time at home or come into the studio to face the challenge with others and get your name on the chalkboard! 

The 300 Challenge breakdown

The Original 300 Workout 

  • Pullups - 25 reps
  • Barbell deadlift with 135 lbs - 50 reps
  • Pushups - 50 reps
  • 24" box jumps - 50 reps
  • Floor wipers - 50 reps
  • Single-arm clean & press with 36 lbs - 50 reps
  • Pullups - 25 reps

The Intermediate 300 Workout

  • Pullups - 25 reps
  • Dumbbell deadlift - 50 reps
  • Pushups - 50 reps
  • Bodyweight squat jumps - 50 reps 
  • V ups - 50 reps
  • Dumbbell push press - 50 reps
  • Pullups - 25 reps

The Beginner 300 Workout

  • Bodyweight rows - 15 reps
  • Bodyweight squats - 15 reps
  • Pushups - 15 reps
